Appellate law is a different skill set from trial law.  In most cases, it is a good idea to involve an experienced appellate attorney at the appeal portion of your case.  As a judicial law clerk in both the New Mexico Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, I helped state and federal judges decide and write over one hundred appeals. I’ve got the experience to help you through your appeal.

In New Mexico, I can help you with appeals at the New Mexico Court of Appeals, the New Mexico Supreme Court, or even administrative appeals to the district court. I can also help you file writs of prohibition or of superintending control.

I am also admitted in the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Federal Circuit and the Tenth Circuit, and would be happy to help you appeal to either of those courts.
